Some distributors only sell equipment. When a customer needs help they pass them on to the manufacturer. Although there’s nothing wrong with that, we prefer to offer a higher level of customer service. That is why we fully support all the new products we sell during the warranty period. A free calibration reminder service is included with all of our products.

Quality is very important to us. All used equipment is fully tested, calibrated in an ISO9001:2008 lab and typically supplied with a 3 month warranty. Longer warranties are available for most products at an additional cost. In addition we clean the exterior of the instrument, replace any broken knobs or feet, securely pack it with a power cord and email PDFs of the instrument manuals.
